Wouldn’t it be even cheaper if I worked directly with an Indian website designer instead of using your US partner?

Not likely! The first problem is that you may end up wasting a lot of time and money finding someone who will do a good job in a timely fashion. The second problem is that since you probably need only one website for your business and our US partner brings us new website projects all the time they get wholesale prices from us. You would pay a retail price no matter which Indian website designer you hired. So if you did all the work yourself to find a great website designer in India you would still have to deal with about a 12 hour time difference, language differences which would lead to miscommunication and in the end you’d be paying the same price or more and dealing with a lot of aggravation that you wouldn’t have by simply working with our US partner.

Who will I pay and when is payment required?

You will pay our Ad Agency partner in the United States. There is a 50% deposit required to begin work and the balance is due upon completion.

Some of the websites you have made look pretty impressive but I only need a small website, how will it look compared with the bigger sites you make?

First of all no project is too big or too small for us. Even our smallest projects are treated with great care so that our portfolio will always look great. We would never want to have our name associated with anything that doesn’t look fantastic even if it is only a five page basic website.

During what hours are your India website designers working?

We work normal business hours similar to yours but you will only deal with our US partner so you won’t need to be up in the middle of the night to communicate with us.

What programming languages do you use?

The answer to this question changes over time as new types of programming become available. Back in the early days the only answer would have been “HTML” but today there are many more programming options. We use whatever programming language or combination we feel is best for the project at hand. We have extensive experience in Active Server Pages which is also known as asp. We also do a lot of development work using Ajax, .net, Flash, php, Java and the similarly named but very different JavaScript.

Isn’t it risky for me hiring an India website designer; what if I pay a deposit and never hear from you again?

If you have a dispute with someone in India you have little or no chance of ever getting your money back. We have removed all of your risk by having a very reputable full service advertising agency manage all projects for us in the United States. You would never pay us here in India. The US based ad agency is the one you would pay in US dollars and they are fully responsible for making certain that you are satisfied with your website. We are the programmers and designers working on the project but you are dealing with a very well known ad agency in your country and their reputation is at stake. Therefore they will make certain to communicate your wishes to us and our programmers and designers will make an awesome looking website for you with all the features you want.

What if you design something for me and I hate it?

We begin by finding out what you like, looking at your logo and asking if you have any favorite colors that you would like us to use. Our designers are all university trained in commercial design and we only hire the best. We will create a beautiful design for you but if you don’t like it then we will change it or start over and come up with a design that you love. Because our website designers are very talented most of the time when we present our design concept the clients typically approve with only the most minor changes. Having said all of that if you still hate our design and we’ve submitted other designs that you also hate then your money will be refunded and you are free to go elsewhere. Nothing like this has never actually happened so we doubt that it will happen with you.

What guarantee comes with the website?

As long as the website is hosted by our US partner then it is guaranteed to work forever. If something should go wrong it will be fixed within 24-hours at no charge. If the site is hosted elsewhere or if you request FTP access so that you or someone else can make programming changes to the site then the guarantee ends the moment we provide you with FTP access.

In a more complex database or ecommerce website who will teach me how to use the admin or backend?

Our US partner will teach you how the very easy to use admin works. This can be done by telephone, email and by training videos. Most people have very few questions once we give them their user id and password to the website admin because it is made to be easy for anyone to use.

How will email work with my new website.

Your website will have some domain name such as yourcompany.com and you can have email addresses at your domain name. You can have sales@yourcompany.com and yourname@yourcompany.com or whatever@yourcompany.com. You will be able to access your email using any email program that you have on your computer. You will also have access to web based email which is handy when you are away from your computer. If you have any type of cell phone which is able to receive email then your email will also work with your cell phone.

We have Microsoft Exchange Server; do we have to use your email system?

If you have Exchange Server then we simply direct all email to your Exchange Server in a way that it is never processed by our hosting servers; it goes directly to your Exchange Server.
